NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ONCE THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED.
As perfumes are cosmetic and hygiene products, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges. We highly encourage you to try our discovery set to be sure about the scents you are purchasing.
In the rare case that the bottle is damaged, we can initiate an exchange upon careful consideration, but there will no refund. Please contact us with your name, order number, description of the issue, and picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery.
In case you've received the wrong item, the box should be returned to us unopened. Maéq will evaluate the condition prior to sending another. There will be no refund.
